Group classes in Haverhill, Suffolk

Yoga is not 'one size fits' all! Traditional yoga classes can be geared towards slimmer bodies, flexible abilities and obtained strength.

My yoga classes are designed to meet the needs of those who might think 'I can't do yoga' or, 'I don't belong in a yoga class'. Yoga can be accessible and the benefits can be enjoyed by every body.
